RAW Capital Raise provides consulting, implementation, fractional operating and technology services related to private capital strategy, acquisitions, investor relations and fund operations.

RAW Capital Raise is not, and does not act as, a law firm, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, loan servicer, fund administrator, certified public accounting firm or tax adviser. Nothing on this site or in an engagement should be relied on as legal, securities, tax, accounting or investment advice. Clients should engage licensed professionals for those functions.

No offer or solicitation

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or interest in any fund or transaction. Any such offer would be made only through definitive offering documents furnished to eligible investors under applicable exemptions.

No guarantee of financing, returns or closing

We do not guarantee that capital will be raised, that financing will be obtained, that any transaction will close, or that any investment will achieve any return. Readiness assessments, deal reviews and operating models evaluate and improve process; they do not promise outcomes.

Selective co-GP participation

In select cases, and only after independent diligence and executed definitive agreements, RAW Capital Raise or its affiliates may participate in a transaction as a co-general partner. No content on this site creates any such commitment, and most reviewed opportunities do not proceed to any participation.

RAW Capital Fund is separate

RAW Capital Fund is a separate entity from RAW Capital Raise. Nothing on this website is an offer of, or communication on behalf of, any fund. Information about any fund is available only through that fund's own materials and offering documents.
