Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily submit through this site — name, company, role, email, phone, location, website, service interest and the details you include in an inquiry, assessment or deal submission.

Where analytics are enabled, we also collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring sources.

Our forms never ask for Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, bank credentials or investor account numbers. Do not submit them; submissions containing this type of data are rejected by the system.

How we use information

Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential engagements, schedule sessions you request and maintain business and consent records.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Lead scoring and recommendations

When you submit a form, our system automatically assigns your inquiry a fit score and band based on the answers you give, such as timeline, budget range, stage and the type of request. If you complete Find Your Fit, the score and recommended service come from your questionnaire answers and are recalculated on our side.

Scores are used internally to prioritise and time our response. They are not a credit, investment or eligibility decision, and a person on our team reviews every inquiry before any engagement is offered. In the client portal you see a general fit band, not the numeric score or internal notes.

We may also use an automated assistant to prepare a short internal summary of your submission for our team. It is advisory only and does not decide how we respond.

Follow-up emails

After you submit, we send a confirmation email and may send follow-up emails about your inquiry. Their timing depends on your fit band and where your inquiry stands with us. These are messages about the request you made, not marketing lists.

If you no longer want follow-up emails, reply to any of them or contact us and we will stop them. We keep a log of the emails we send to you as part of your record.

Client portal

If you create a portal account, we store your sign-in email and link it to the submissions made with that address. In the portal you can see your submissions, their stage and fit band, submit new deals or readiness updates, and exchange messages with our team. Those messages are stored with your record.

Sharing and processors

We share information only with service providers who support our operations — hosting, database, email delivery, scheduling, automated summaries and, where enabled, customer-relationship systems — and where required by law.

This website and its database remain the authoritative record of your submission. No external system receives your information unless that integration is active, and integrations can be disabled without affecting your record here.

What we do not collect

We do not collect securities subscription data through this website. We do not accept anonymous uploads of sensitive documents; qualified parties receive a secure document-handoff process only after direct engagement.

Retention and security

Submissions are retained as long as needed for the purposes above and are stored in an access-controlled database with no public read access. Submission traffic is validated server-side, rate-limited and screened for automated abuse.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe information you submitted has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted by contacting us through the contact page. Requests are handled according to applicable law, and we may retain records where a legal or legitimate business basis requires it.
